(Latin Eucharist means thankfulness) And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye, and eat. This is my body. And taking the chalice, he gave thanks, and gave to them, saying: Drink ye all of this. For this is my blood of the new testament, which shall be shed for many unto remission of sins. And I say to you, I will not drink from henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I shall drink it with you new in the kingdom of my Father.”

Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will have to answer for the body and blood of the Lord . A person should examine himself, and so eat the bread and drink the cup. For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body, eats and drinks judgment on himself. That is why many among you are ill and infirm, and a considerable number are dying.

This Sacrament is very important because of the physicall touch with our Lord, it is the only Sacrament in which you can embrace physically our God, the Sacrament of the Eucharist is celebrated in every Holy Mass.
By the Almighty power and good grace of God, the Holy Mass unifies, all that took place on the life of our Lord, without any exception, even during the Sacrifice of Our Lord on the cross in Calvary, making that event, the same event.

Therefore every Holy Mass is the Perpetual Sacrifice of Calvary.
This day, with solemn bow, we promise to collaborate with God as an instrument of His creation, by receiving all the children that He would trust on us, taking good care of them physically, but more importantly, by taking care of them spiritually. Teaching them to be holy, by knowing God His Creator, learning His deeds as well as loving and keeping His Holy Rules. Sanctify yourselves, and be ye Holy because I am the LORD your God.
Keep my precepts, and do them. I am the LORD that sanctify you.
