Although the decree of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith A.A.S. 58, 1186 (approved by Pope Paul VI on October 14, 1966) states that the Nihili Obstat and Imprimatur are no longer required on Catholic publications that deal with private revelations, provided that they contain nothing contrary to faith and morals.
The final authority regarding this locution rests with the Holy See of Rome, to whose judgment we wholeheartedly, submit, to the infallible wisdom and judgment of The Holy Mother Church.
Prior to give any picture to the faithful, and as a little children of God, recognizing the Church authority over our self, we did request authorization to circulate these pictures, and the
answer was:
Our Family had the Grace from God, to go Rome in a pilgrimage for the ceremony of the Closing of the Holy Door in the Jubilee year 2000.
We gave to the Holy Father a letter and the picture of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and this is the written response from our Holy Father John Paul II.

Saint Peter the First Catholic Pope, is the Vicar of Christ, because Jesus Christ wanted when He said:

If you are member of the family of God, will understand to call the leader of the church, Daddy, because he represent our Daddy in Heaven, Papá in Spanish means Daddy of a house family, Papa in Spanish means Daddy of the Church family, Pope in Latin means Daddy of the Church family, and that is why Saint Peter was call the first Pope of the Church, because He was the first Holy Daddy of the Church.
Saint Peter, the first Holy Father of the Church, this Holy Pope, with this power from God, The First Pope Saint Peter wrote in His first letter: Because of the Lord, be obedient to every human institution, whether to the emperor as sovereign or to the governors he commissions for the punishment of criminals and the recognition of the upright. Such obedience is the will of God. You must silence the ignorant talk of foolish men by your good behavior. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cloak for vice. In a word, live as servants of God. You must esteem the person of every man. Foster love for the brothers, reverence for God, respect the emperor.

“Because of the Lord, be obedient to every human institution,”
Therefore obedience in the authentic interpretation of the word of God in Saint Peter times and for future times was entrusted only to the living office of the Church alone. Since then,
and forever, this task exist, this is calling The Magisterium of the Church and this is why in the Catechism of the Catholic Church in the paragraph number 85 says:
The task of giving an authentic interpretation of the Word of God, whether in its written form or in the form of Tradition, has been entrusted to the
living, teaching office of the Church alone. Its authority in this matter is exercised in the name of Jesus Christ.” This means that the task of interpretation has been entrusted to the bishops
in communion with the successor of Peter, the Bishop of Rome.
Magistrate is a government official who has the power to apply the law and put it in force. The President is the chief magistrate of the United States. The Pope is the chief magistrate of
the One Holy Catholic Apostolic Mother Church rule through the Magisterial of God. Judge in minor Court is the magistrate. We can not name our self President, Judge , Doctor, Police ,
Nurse, must be a procedure rule by legitimates authorities how we can obtain these licenses, if that it is our desire to be.
Popes, Cardinals, Bishops, Priests, Nuns, Christian Children, are in Holy Obedience and must be licentiates from the only One Legitimate Church.
Therefore lay people, priest, bishops, are not with the legitimate power or legitimate task of the authentic interpretation of the word of God, has been entrusted to the living teaching office of the Church alone. What this means? This means that the task of interpretation has been entrusted to the bishops in communion with the successor of Peter, the Bishop of Rome. From disobediences, in the not authentic interpretation of the word of God came the birth of the many other Churches, they took the original Catholic Holy Scriptures, include the Letters of the First Catholic Pope Saint Peter, and interpreted at their own will and wrote and said what ever they fill like to say and to do. The Task of giving an authentic interpretation of the word of God, abuse by many people in disobediences during many eras, is the cause of many evil in the world. I wonder how it is possible that people fallow Church’s that name themselves as Christians but are in disobedient to the only One Holy Catholic Apostolic and Mother Church. The birth of many Churches came from this disobedience.
If you are a Roman Catholic, you know that your religion was founded in the year 33 by Jesus Christ the Son of God, and it is still the same Church.
The authority of the Church of Jesus, (notice that Jesus did not say my Churches, but my church) came from Jesus, given to Saint Peter.

Planning, any source use to avoid pregnancy it is mortal sin ", " Do not lie ", " Do not steal " ," Do not use the name of God in vain ", " Respect the Holy Day " ," Love God over everything ", " Keep the good name of your parents ".
All these rules against sins and more, we will hear daily these truths if we go to the truly Church of God.
Like Cain’s, it is the conscience in sin and disobedience what made a " new disobedient follower " to joint a disobedient Church.
To be a truly genuine Christian, we first must be the temple of God. To build this temple with in us, we must also start form the basic foundation which is "OBEDIENCE TO ALL AUTHORITIES" including obedience to the only ONE HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH FOUND BY OUR LORD JESUSCHRIST. This means not founded by men.
